Athletes will spend two 1-hour sessions learning the foundations of cheer\, including basic tumbling\, jumps\, motions\, beginner stunting concepts\, and teamwork. \nOur coaches will focus on helping athletes feel comfortable in the gym\, develop strong cheer fundamentals\, and start the season with confidence — all in a positive\, age-appropriate\, and encouraging environment. \nNo experience necessary — just bring a great attitude\, a smile\, and get ready to LEVEL UP \n  \n
