DESCRIPTION:Our FREE Community Open Gym is open to everyone and is the perfect place for kids to stay active\, make new friends\, and have fun exploring the gym! Whether you're a current member or visiting for the first time\, everyone is welcome. \nAges 8+ enjoy access to our Main Gym and may be dropped off with a completed parent sign-in and waiver on file. Children ages 3–7 are welcome in our Lower Gym/Playroom\, where a parent or guardian must remain on-site to supervise. Pre-registration is not required! \nOpen Gym is a great opportunity to burn off energy\, play in a safe environment\, and experience everything Capital Elite Athletics has to offer—all at no cost to our community. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Level-up Training: \nTuesday\, September 1st — 4:00pm – 5:00pm \nThursday\, September 3rd — 4:00pm – 5:00pm \nNovice Team Reveal Night: \nTuesday\, September 8th — time and location TBD \nNovice athletes will not have to go through a placement day experience in order to be placed on a team. \nTiny & Mini Novice Level-Up Training is the perfect way to build confidence\, make new friends\, and get excited for the season ahead! \nThis fun two-day training experience is designed specifically for athletes with birth years 2017–2022 who are joining our Tiny & Mini Novice teams. Athletes will spend two 1-hour sessions learning the foundations of cheer\, including basic tumbling\, jumps\, motions\, beginner stunting concepts\, and teamwork. \nOur coaches will focus on helping athletes feel comfortable in the gym\, develop strong cheer fundamentals\, and start the season with confidence — all in a positive\, age-appropriate\, and encouraging environment. \nNo experience necessary — just bring a great attitude\, a smile\, and get ready to LEVEL UP \n  \n
