Condition & Agility is a high-energy fitness class designed to improve overall strength, balance, speed, and coordination through dynamic, functional movement. It’s perfect for anyone looking to stay active and challenge their body—while also being an excellent cross-training option for athletes in any sport. Build endurance, power, and control in a fun and effective workout that boosts both performance and confidence—no experience required!
Swim 1 is designed for new swimmers who are just beginning their aquatic journey. This class builds trust and confidence in the water through playful, supportive instruction. Athletes learn essential safety skills like entering and exiting the pool, floating with assistance, and breath control. Through games and guided practice, they begin to explore basic movements like kicking, paddling, and blowing bubbles—all while developing a positive relationship with water. Children that are not potty trained need to wear a swim specific diaper. This is a parent in pool class. Athletes who pass Swim 1 may graduate to Swim 2 (coming soon!)

Children 12 and under must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times, as there are no lifeguards on duty.
