Competitive & Prep Cheer Program
At Capital Elite, our Elite and Prep cheer teams are built for athletes who are ready to push their skills, teamwork, and performance to the next level. Whether you’re aiming for the spotlight on the competition floor or building a strong foundation for future elite performance, we have a program designed to help you grow.
Our Elite teams train with a competitive edge, focusing on advanced tumbling, stunts, jumps, and choreography that shine on both regional and national stages. These athletes commit to a higher level of training and teamwork, with a season-long focus on perfecting their craft and achieving competitive excellence.
Our Prep teams offer the perfect stepping stone—delivering all the fun and excitement of competitive cheer without the full-year commitment. Athletes learn proper technique, teamwork, and performance skills in a positive and motivating environment, preparing them for success in future elite-level cheer.
With passionate, experienced coaches and a supportive team culture, both our Elite and Prep programs are designed to build confident athletes who thrive on and off the mat.

Ninja Training: A high-energy, obstacle-based program that builds agility, coordination, and confidence in a fun and safe environment.
Beginning Tumbling: Perfect for new athletes who want to learn the fundamentals of tumbling, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges.
Advanced Tumbling: For athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to learn more complex skills like handsprings, tucks, and layouts.
Each class is led by our experienced coaching staff who are passionate about helping athletes succeed—both on and off the floor. We focus on building not just skills, but strong character, sportsmanship, and community.

Ninja Program at Capital Elite
ready to run, jump, climb, and conquer! Our Ninja Program is designed to build strong, confident kids through fun, fast-paced obstacle course training. With multiple class levels and open sessions, there’s something for every age and stage—from toddlers to teens (and even pareGet nts!).
Program Options Include:
Ninja + Sidekick: A parent-child class for ages 18 months to 3 years. This playful, guided session helps little ones develop motor skills, balance, and coordination while exploring the ninja course alongside a caregiver.
Mini Ninja: Designed for preschool-aged ninjas (3–5 years), this class introduces basic obstacle training in a fun, encouraging environment—think climbing, crawling, jumping, and swinging, all scaled for tiny but mighty athletes.
Ultimate Ninja: For kids ages 5+ and up who are ready to level up! This class focuses on strength, agility, endurance, and ninja-style challenges. Perfect for athletes looking to build athletic skills while having a blast.
Family Open Ninja: The whole family can join in the fun! During designated open gym hours, families can explore the ninja course together. No instruction—just free play, bonding, and ninja action for all ages.

Pre-Team Cheer Program
Our Pre-Team Cheer program is designed for athletes ages 8 and up who are eager to learn the fundamentals of cheerleading while building their skills in a fun, supportive environment. Athletes will work together to learn a full performance routine, which will be showcased in two exciting local performances. With weekly practices every Friday from 5:00 PM to 5:55 PM, athletes will develop coordination, teamwork, and confidence as they prepare for their big day on stage. Whether you're new to cheer or looking to enhance your abilities, this program offers a great foundation for the future of competitive cheerleading!
Ages 8+
Monthly Tuition: $75 (bow included)
Practice Schedule: Friday from 5:00-5:55pm
Season Duration: September-End of April
Performances: Two local performances, one in November and one in April
Aquatics at Capital Elite
Our Aquatics Program offers something for everyone—whether you’re just learning to swim, looking for family fun, or staying active at any age. With a welcoming atmosphere and certified lifeguards on duty, we’re proud to provide a safe and enjoyable space for all swimmers.
Our Programs Include:
Swim Lessons - 1: Designed for ages 2–5, this class introduces little swimmers to the water with the support of a parent in the pool. Lessons focus on building confidence, safety awareness, and introductory swim skills through fun, engaging activities. It’s the perfect first step in developing a lifelong comfort with the water.
Open Swim: A great way for families and individuals to enjoy recreational time in the pool! Splash, float, or practice your strokes—open swim is available at designated times throughout the week.
Senior Swim Sessions: Our Senior Swim sessions offer a relaxed, non-instructor-led time in the pool exclusively for seniors. Whether you prefer doing your own water exercises, practicing gentle movement, or simply enjoying an open swim at your own pace, this time is designed for you. It’s a great way to stay active, improve mobility, and enjoy the water in a calm and welcoming environment.
