Small Group Strength Classes for Adults & Youth

Small-group classes. Maximum 8 people.
Our classes are limited to no more than 8 people, so you get the care and support you need without getting lost in a crowd. Each person follows a program tailored to their needs and goals, because strength training is not one-size-fits-all.
We provide strength training for adults and youth athletes, along with support for nutrition and mindset, to help people build strength, confidence, and long-term consistency.

WHY SMALL GROUP TRAINING?

  • Maximum of 8 people per class
  • Individualized programming within a group setting
  • More coaching attention and support
  • Built-in accountability and consistency
  • Strength-focused training—not random workouts
  • Nutrition support to help you fuel your training and build lasting habits

Meet Coach Mika

Mika Hernandez is a strength and conditioning coach with nearly a decade of coaching experience. She grew up competing in track and cross country, eventually shifting gears toward strength training through CrossFit, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting.
Training has always been the anchor in her life—teaching her resilience, discipline, and confidence.
Coaching became a natural extension of that journey. Mika loves helping athletes and adults discover their own strength, move with purpose, and build confidence that carries far beyond the gym. Her mission is to create a space where people feel supported, challenged, and capable of more than they thought possible.
