Can I really come to any class on any day? Yes. Your athlete may come to any class on any day at any time that they meet the age & pre-requisite requirements for.

Do I have to let you know ahead of time that we are coming to a class? No. You do not have to register ahead of time for classes in the new block schedule. When you come in for a class you will stop by the front desk to sign-in and have your virtual punch card punched.

If we want to try a particular class one time, are we able to add an extra punch to our card? Yes.

How much is an extra punch? $20 per extra punch added.

Can we do a drop-in for Instructional classes? Yes. You may drop-in for any single Instructional class without a punch card for a fee.

How much is it to do a drop-in Instructional class? $25 per class for 55 mins or $15 per class for 30 mins. This is for an athlete who DOES NOT have a punch card already.

What if we decide we want to upgrade our class pass, can we do that at any time?
Yes, you may upgrade from a 4-class pass to an 8- or unlimited class pass at any time. If the upgrade occurs in the middle of the month, your card on file will be charged the difference between the two passes at the time the upgrade is performed.

Do I have to use all 4 or 8 punches in a single month? Yes, if you have a 4- or 8-class pass for September, all punches for that month must be used in that calendar month. Unused punches will expire at the end of the month.

Does the 30-day drop policy still apply? No, if you wish to cancel your class pass membership, please let us know by the last calendar day of the month for your current membership.

Non-Instructional Fun Pass FAQ

I have a Playful Pals membership card, which of the scheduled play times can I come to? You are welcome to come to any Youth Open Play, Home School Open Play or to Community Open Gym (8+ or 3-7).

If I do not have a Fun Pass or Playful Pals membership card, can I still drop-in for an open play time? Yes, drop-in play is $7 for a single child or $10 for the family. Open gym on Friday evenings from 6-8pm is open to the community and ALWAYS free. It is open to ages 3+. Ages 3-7 in the lower gym to be supervised by a parent & ages 8+ in the Main Gym (parents may drop-off w/ waiver + sign-in.

Is Mini Open Ninja or Family Open Ninja time included with my Playful Pals membership? No, Open Play times in the Ninja room are available with our Fun Passes only.

If I do not have a Fun Pass can I drop in just to use the pool or fitness room during open times? Yes, you may drop in during Open Fitness & Open Pool time for a fee.

What is the drop-in fee for Open Pool & Open Fitness? The drop-in fee for open swim is $10 per person for up to two people or $25 for groups of 3 or more people.

The drop-in fee for Open Fitness is $10 for a single person.

If I have a Playful Pals membership and just want to add pool or ninja times is that an option? Yes! Reach out to us for pricing details.
