Meet Coach Mika
"Mika Hernandez is a strength and conditioning coach with nearly a decade of coaching experience. She grew up competing in track and cross country, eventually shifting gears toward strength training through CrossFit, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. Training has always been the anchor in her life—teaching her resilience, discipline, and confidence.
Coaching became a natural extension of that journey. Mika loves helping athletes and adults discover their own strength, move with purpose, and build confidence that carries far beyond the gym. Her mission is to create a space where people feel supported, challenged, and capable of more than they thought possible."
