Our FREE Community Open Gym is open to everyone and is the perfect place for kids to stay active, make new friends, and have fun exploring the gym! Whether you're a current member or visiting for the first time, everyone is welcome.
Ages 8+ enjoy access to our Main Gym and may be dropped off with a completed parent sign-in and waiver on file. Children ages 3–7 are welcome in our Lower Gym/Playroom, where a parent or guardian must remain on-site to supervise. Pre-registration is not required!
Open Gym is a great opportunity to burn off energy, play in a safe environment, and experience everything Capital Elite Athletics has to offer—all at no cost to our community.
